The Human Development International comprises of subsidiary organizations scattered in various countries headed by a Country representatives who are tasked to represent the organization and spread the cause. HDI operates as a volunteer organization and comprises of a youth volunteer arm known as the (a) HDI Vanguard Corps for Peace and Development; and the (b) HDI Legionnaire for Peace and Development comprising of professionals, e.g. medical practitioners, engineers and other expertise. Directing activities of these volunteers is the HDI International Directorate that set guidelines and direction of its worldwide volunteerism effort.

The HDI International
Management Staff is the action and support team of the
HDI Chairperson as he sails the organization towards
achieving its goals. Further supports Country
Representatives and Directors in various places
(countries) in setting up/managing subsidiary
organizations. The Team is comprised of dedicated
volunteers whom most have grown with the organization.
Their sacrifices, sense of responsibility and dynamism
have propelled HDI to greater heights. They adhere
strictly to the norms and conduct of the organization
and are undertaking a continuous human capability
enhancement program to keep them knowledgeable on
subjects like human development, sustainable mountain
development, environmental issues, etc. The IMS Team is
such a force that soars like an eagle full of confidence
and determination to move the organization forward in
the furtherance of its
mission.

HDI Board of Advisers
comprised of proven professionals in the field who
renders advice to the Chairperson and the organization
as it pursue its work to further the cause of human
development, - the process of enlarging people's choices
as agent of development and the recipient of the results
of the development processes, as well as in its thrust
to save the Living Planet Earth.

The HDI Directorate led by its
Chairperson supervises the activities of the whole
organization though authority and responsibilities are
delegated to the Country Representatives/Directors. The
Directorate see to it that all activities and efforts are
well-coordinated toward achieving its goals and mission; and
are within the organization's constitution and by-laws, and
master plan.

Likewise existing organizations who would like to become
partners or affiliate organization to HDI can also send their
intention which will be acted promptly. HDI believes that in
addressing problems affecting mankind and the whole world

individuals, institutions, and others to bond and unite
together in addressing problems affecting the Living Planet
Earth.
